Even when he says something only once, it often sounds like he has just mechanically memorized it. This is something I noticed about him a long time ago, and [pointed out in the thread on **Adaher** ’s predictions](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=19042053&postcount=150) several weeks before Rubio’s meltdown in the debate. ---
