While happy about the national results, I’m kinda pissed that Washington voters think children should be forced into genital examinations if they want to play organized sports. ---

There’s no making nice with fascists, you have to establish deterrence. Not just for the GOP, but for broader society at large. If the media and law firms and higher education bend the knee to republicans ever time they’re in power because they fear the GOP and don’t think democrats will hold them to account they have no incentive to stop. Yes, Pete Hegseth and Jared Kushner should die in prison, but the heads of Disney and Paul Weiss and the UT system need to be taught as well. ---

Wait, what? It seems Disney heads have been defying Trump more than most. From Jimmy Kimmel and stay LGBT friendly to fighting DeSantis. I’m disappointed in Bezos who I think should have fought more. And obviously I think Musk is a dangerous foreign national interfering with our election process. ---

I live in Ingham County and was overjoyed that Tom (One Term) Barrett lost last night. My family lives in Muskegon County and they benefitted as long term stalwart Bill Huizenga got upset. A great night for us! ---

I find it easier to imagine GOP Senators throwing Trump under the bus than I do imagining them actually voting for economic populist legislation, though. ---
