I think @Czarcasm’s point is that the estate of a decedent is not the person. The person leaves behind an estate, of whatever value. Creditors can try to extract what is owed by the person from that estate, but they cannot get anything from the person any more. ---

It was still their estate that was in debt while they were alive anyway. Unless indebted servitude is made legal again, dying doesn’t change anything in regards to the status of your debt. Creditors can’t get money out of a “person” whether they’re alive or dead, because a person isn’t an accepted form of currency in modern day law. They have to get money out of that person’s assets. A person themselves is not an asset. ---

According to his spokesman, Giuliani is suffering from pneumonia. The spokesman claims that this is related to Giuliani suffering from “restrictive airway disease,” and also claims that that disease was the result of Giuliani being on site at the World Trade Center immediately after the 9/11 attacks. > ---
