Hurrah! Hurrah! Hurrah! While listening to the radio this morning I heard there are reports that Ashton got down on his knee and proposed to Demi! This is such wonderful news, I can hardly contain myself! At a time when some might be starting to get jaded with the thought of stars getting married and making it work, here we have a classic love story. This one is going to last, folks! After hearing the news about Liza’s unfortunate situation with Mr. Gest, I myself had some doubts if there is anyone in the world that is good enough to marry a celebrity. Well, I guess there is! And it’s other celebrities. The postponment/cancellation of J.Lo and B.Af’s wedding had our nation facing a crisis. Once the main event was called off, where else was the celebrity starved public supposed to get a celebrity wedding extravaganza? I think we should all be thanking our lucky stars that Ashton stepped up to the plate and popped the question to Demi. The crisis has been averted, and we’re all going to be better for it. It’s good to be alive. ---

We can only hope that they decide to have children or at least adopt 3 or 4 prior to the divorce filing in six months. That way the joy can be spread even further. ---

I read earlier today (and don’t ask me where) that Rick Dees said something about this on his show and that Demi called in and told him it was completely not true. She said it didn’t happen and they have no plans to marry. Take it with a grain of salt, which is what I have done with the majority of these celeb couples. ---

If they get married and divorce, then would Ashton be entitled to Bruce Willis’ hard earned money that Demi got form him when they divorced, as part of divorce settlement?, might be an investment worth looking into. ---

Well if Rick Dees has weighed in, that pretty much settles the matter. Sorry folks, no wedding. Hopefully Ben and Jen will step back up and relieve us of our sorry lack of celebrity weddings. I’m a bit down on weddings in general after Liza and David Gest though. I mean, if those 2 kids can’t make it work, there’s no hope for anyone. ---

It _is_ only a rumor? I’m shocked. What kind of person would do something like string along the hearts of millions of people just to start a rumor like that? Aren’t we civilized enough as a society that we can just worship celebrities like they deserve rather than starting lies? I’m disappointed. Hopefully some good news will come from this in the end. I mean, if the void left by Ben and Jen can be filled by a _rumor_ of Demi and Ashton getting married, then think about the vacuum that has created! Hold onto your hats people, we are in store for a big celebrity happening. It’s only a matter of time!
