Rachel Meadows is claiming that German is doing a non-NATO , unilateral, military movement into Ukraine.

I’d love it to be true, but everything about the German government suggests they’d be too chicken to do that. Also, that video must be really old, since Maddow says “President Biden is receiving briefings.” - it must be 2024 or earlier.
