“Technical failure”? Or something else? If it really was a technical failure of some sort, how long until the person/people responsible for it gets arrested? Maybe Russia’s next move if it can’t overrun Ukraine or effectively occupy it is to incessantly pummel Ukraine with artillery, warheads and bombs until it agrees to terms favorable to Russia. ---

I find this report encouraging. I wonder if some Russian troops might change sides? They’re being told to fight people that also speak Russian. People have relatives in both countries. It would be a game changer if a few thousand Russian soldiers offered to fight for Ukraine instead of being POW’s.
