As reported in _The Moscow Times_, it seems that Russia’s Constitutional Court Lifted the Statute of Limitations for anti-corruption asset seizures. Is this just small potatoes, or is this a major deal that could keep courts tied up for years to come? So you need to ask, how would _corrupt_ people use this ruling?", because it won’t be used to fight corruption when there’s no will to do that. And the answer of course is “to steal stuff”. Accuse somebody with fewer connections than you of “corruption”, take their stuff and profit. And Putin of course as the guy at the top can steal the most. ---
