Actually, I had heard of Alinsky before he became the right’s boogeyman de jour. Read a Playboy interview with him back in the '70s I think. Although undeniably a man of the left, Alinsky was first and foremost a tactician and tactics are neutral, adoptable by any side in an argument. I would imagine that an investigation of his works would highlight many tactics used by the new right in its rise to power. ---

Perhaps what the OP is really here to tell us is that it’s a mistake to be too complacent about the recent banning of three troll-like creatures in a row, because it’s a lot like bailing a sinking ship: you have to work fast to stay ahead of the game. You must subscribe to some _very_ interesting newsletters! The main question is, how do go about showing people like that that they’re wrong?
