(Not the Trujillo/Palavi kind, and not even the Augusto Pinochet kind That they (and of course Russia) were at it in Ukraine shouldn’t be a surprise or controversial. I am fully aware that Russia probably leaked that phone call in order to paint the U.S. in a bad light. The article says so.
