I’ve eaten at the Ruth’s Chris in both New Orleans and Cancun. Of the two, Cancun was _far_ superior, which kinda surprised me. For steaks in New Orleans, I highly recommend Dickie Brennan’s in the quarter. Also very good, and similar to Ruth’s Chris in quality and experience, is the Stoney Creek chain.
