# Sad day for me.

I am so sorry for the grief you are feeling.

My mother lost my brother 24 years ago. I am sure she still grieves, I know I do.

I can’t imagine the pain. I have a 20 year old son and I can’t ever imagine losing him or my daughter.

My thoughts are with you.

I can’t even begin to imagine being in your shoes. My grandmother, to whom I am extremely close, lost her 30-year-old son last year, and seeing her in so much pain has been unbearable. I don’t know why life is filled with such loss, but I do know that times like this were made for reaching out to others. For what it’s worth, here’s a loving embrace from a stranger a thousand miles away. Don’t be afraid to share your grief with others you trust.

I feel a little better today.

My husband is working today, but he’s already called twice. I managed to go back to sleep after he left at 4:30am, so he woke me up both times. Now, I’m up and busy.

Thank you all. Your gentle words of support and comfort are precious to me.
