[Willie](http://www.elephant.se/database2.php?elephant_id=1712), the five ton male african elephant at Riddle’s Elephant Sanctuary was euthanized in August. He collapsed apparently from kidney failure. Autopsy results are not available yet. He was thirty years old and had fathered several calves.
