I am keeping you and **RickQ** in my thoughts and prayers, **Brynda**. My Mom was diagnosed with inoperable peritonial cancer in Jan. 2003 and passed on June 13, 2003. Wish there was something more I could offer, other than to say that I’m familiar with part of what you’re going through. Be as comforting as you can be but don’t be afraid to ask for help. Squeeze his hand and talk to him; even if he can’t acknowledge it, he’ll still hear you. {{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}} ---

Oh god. I was having a lousy day and this has put me over the edge and now I’m crying at the cafe. I’m so, so sorry, Brynda, more than I can say. I remember sharing the platters of yummy food at the Blue Nile with you and Rick fondly and I just can’t believe this. I don’t even have words. I’m thinking of you both. ---

I read the other thread, and when I saw this sticky I knew it couldn’t be good, considering why you posted over there. I can’t say anything that hasn’t already been said, but I’ll pray for the both of you. And if there is \*anything at all \*I can do, don’t hesitate to ask. If you have relatives that need to come see you, and pass through Kansas, they could sleep over if needed, or at least have a meal.
