# "Safari cannot download this file"

I’m on an iPhone. Every so often, when I click on a thread I get an error message “Safari cannot download this file.” It only happens with a few threads, most recently the Lubbock judge one in the Pit

Any idea what’s going on?

There seems to be some incompatibilities between the vBulletin software and the Mac operating systems, people have reported various problems and/or error messages from time to time.

Not sure what there is in vB that the Apple software doesn’t like but occasionally it’s a problem.

I’ve only had it happen the past few days as well on my iPhone. I surf the web on my Mac at home without issue. Strange!

Huh. I surf the Dope on my Mac, iPhone and iPad. Never gotten this message before.
