A chat with TC is a punishment of its own.
You can’t just have your own secret cell phone in jail or prison. Sure, SBF was only chatting with Tucker Carlson but the guy in the next cell could be downloading kiddie porn, running his gun-running empire remotely, or planning his helicopter prison escape. The same rules and punishments should apply to all.
Given how long his sentence runs, the man really needs to be trying to maximize his “good behaviour” cred, because it can literally mean YEARS of additional prison time if he keeps breaking rules.
I wonder how he even managed it logistically.

The Lewis book strongly indicated he’s very clever when it comes to math and problem solving, and hilariously stupid with regards to anything else. He seemed unwilling to learn anything.

I mean, if the TC interview scores him a Trump pardon, then it doesn’t matter what punishments the prison is handing out, it’ll all have been worth it. We know that’s what he’s planning because he literally laid it all out in leaked documents before he was arrested that one of his contingency plans was to come out as Republican on TC in order to wrangle a pardon.
Yeah, i have zero clue what the odds of a pardon are, but if this might have increased them, it was probably worth it.
And also, that was a huge violation, and I’m not surprised it earned him a stint in solitary.
I don’t see how, if anyone reminds Trump that SB-F was the #2 individual contributor to Joe Biden’s successful presidential campaign.
Trump may be able to forgive many things
