Yeah, orzo is the goods. Braise some lamb shanks, plop 'em on a bed or orzo and you’re on good shape - just need a good greek salad and a bottle of roditis and some crusty bread… Damn, now I have to go to Greektown. ---

The cure for it is to give up listening to the phony ‘news’ network and the ‘entertainers’ whose entire business model is to, as my sig line implies, fill you with fear and anger so that you’ll keep coming back for more. This world has a lot of very real terrors and darkness. The crap these people are so angry about doesn’t come close to those. And the dire predictions of doom they constantly sell? You’d think they’d eventually catch on that none of them ever come true, but sadly they just get caught up in the next wave of fear and outrage. _Because they like it._ If they didn’t like living their lives in fear and anger, you’d think they’d stop going back for more. ---
