**Sampiro** I’m really sorry about your mom’s condition. Just know that she, you and your family are and will remain in my thoughts and prayers. Go take a break if you need too, but, please let us know how things are going from time to time. I’m about three hours away from Montgomery. If you needed me to come over and help do stuff on a Saturday or Sunday, I could do that. Just email. Most importantly, take care of yourself and your mom. **Sampiro** , we don’t interact much but I’ve always liked reading your stories. I’m sorry to hear about your mother and I wish you well in this difficult time. I just read that other thread and, wow. I don’t blame you at all and I’m glad the mods are giving you a pass. As far as the evil place goes, well I’d call it’s denizens losers, but that doesn’t seem to do them justice. You know that guy, the 40 year old guy who lives in his mothers basement eating cheese curls and watching Pokemon videotapes, that guy? Well he’s Michael Jordan, Bill Gates and the President of the United States all rolled into one and given ninja superpowers compared to the hate-site denizens. ---

I haven’t found the locked thread yet. But Sampiro has been one of my favorite posters since I’ve been on the Dope. His writing is hilarious, eloquent, poignant and right on the nose. He’s definitely someone I’d like to know. I’m not sure what is going on, but if Sampiro needs a virtual hug or support. I’m there. If he had a dollar for every time he made one of us laugh, he would be a wealthy man. I’d owe him a few paychecks myself. Godspeed in whatever is going on. ---

**Sampiro** , there’s nothing I can say that hasn’t been said before, yet I still want to add my heartfelt good wishes for all of you during this very difficult time. My Mom died last year after a difficult illness, and there aren’t any words to make it better, but sometimes knowing that others out there care, even those you’ve never met, like moi, can be something of a comfort.
