# samsung galaxy tab 2...uplaoding personal video to facebook

I am new to tablets…i miss my mouse.  
My question is…how do i upload my video to facebook?  
The video was originally located on my desktop as a .MOV file.  
I was able to get it copied to my movie folder on the tablet…it still is a .MOV file.  
The sharing options does not include facebook when i acess it on the tablet…i touch it and it says the tablets does not have an app to open it.  
I touch the status on facebook…and it does not give me an option to upload a video…only pictures.

What am i doing wrong?
