# San DiegDopefest March 30 at Farrell's Ice Cream!

For anyone who missed it on the temp board, San DiegDopefest is STILL ON for Saturday, March 30 at Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlor and Restaurant on Mira Mesa Boulevard at 6:00 p.m. Things are being discussed to do during the afternoon for those in the area or who are coming down earlier.
VERY IMPORTANT: Because of the post December 7 deletions, the original thread has been _deleted_. Ergo, **I need to know who is planning to attend all over again!** Please post in this thread if you’re planning to attend.

I think the plan was for us “cool” people to all carvan down there in Bryan’s SUV. So, I’m still in for that.

Yeah, not so much. As a lot of people know, I’ve been trying to get back to Chicago to pick up my stuff for a couple of months now. Looks like I might actually get to go next week.
It’s not that I don’t love you all and dream every night of seeing you again, it’s more like I REALLY want a change of underwear. Not to mention my dawg, my BMW I only got to drive for like a week before abondoning it, my bed, my giant buttplug…you understand.
I won’t speak for Morphy, but I’m 90% sure I have to bow out.

Mmmmph. I apologize for my lack of clarification, I just figured no one cared that much.
The trip is more like: Fly to Chicago around the 19th, spend the week packing my Chicago stuff, fly to Minneapolis that weekend, spend the weekend packing my Minneapolis stuff, put that stuff and my dawg in my car, drive back to Chicago, see some friends, maybe stay for ChiDope, rent UHaul pack all clothes, furniture, dawg and car in/onto UHaul, drive back to LA.
It’s not exactly a quick trip I’m planning here. It will probably take a minimum of two weeks and I might take three, just to make sure I don’t snap and kill someone in the middle of the process.
Think of me when you’re face-deep in ice cream-y goodness.
