Or something else? If only there were more than the two option you have presented. We could go with cop’s just not using their authority to avenge their hurt feelings. That rule would have covered the incident we have watched w/ Bland and Encinia. there’re prob’ly thousands of other formulations of rules which would be more acceptable than the two meager alternatives you offered. ---

There would be a direct and proportional relationship between the cash flow and the amount I’d be willing to pay. The better the flow, the more I would be willing to pay. ---
