Hadn’t gotten highlights for ten months, went today. Not only was it not blonder, it’s brown. Yes better than the grey roots but not worth 150 dollars. What are my chances of getting it back?(the money)😤👱‍♂️

Talk to the stylist, let them know you aren’t happy. Be specific, “I wanted more blonde highlights, what I got seem too brown”. Let them offer to correct it. It may all be miscommunication about what was asked for. They don’t want to lose a customer.
