I think the worst shots of her are printed. Kind of like whenever they show a clip of someone on _The Soup_ they always end it by freeze-framing with them in some hideous facial contortion - which we all do constantly, like wiggling an itchy nose or forming certain words. I once read that Julia Roberts tries not to move her face - or even smile - at all in public because **any** facial movement allows someone to get a horrible picture of you. ---

With most attractive female politicians the male, and other female, politicians who deal with them keep their libidos in check. Why? Because of the notable women in similar positions of power, they’re almost all extremely competent and will rip your head off if you get distracted during your dealings with them. Stare at Margaret Thatcher’s boobs, are you suicidal? It takes balls of brass(and brains to match) to let your guard down in front of Hillary Clinton. Find Condi Rice hot? Forgeddaboutit! She eats guys like you for breakfast and then regurgitates them for lunch. Palin though, she makes you think “I may have a shot with this one, let’s see if she responds to a gentle squeeze on the ass.” Maybe she’s as tough and capable as the other women in senior positions, but I haven’t seen anything which indicates she is. Let’s face it, guys will try for it if they think they can get it. With most other notable female politicians they know they can’t, so they don’t try. Most of these guys are successful, powerful, and are quite charismatic. If they want a woman, they can often get her. If a woman wants to go up with them as an equal they have to make sure it’s understood there is no possibility of anything but a professional relationship. Hillary, Angela Merkel, Condi, and many others, they make sure they give this impression. I don’t think Palin does. In a perfect world it would not be her job to make sure the men she works with aren’t pigs trying to get into her skirt, but it’s not a perfect world. Hopefully she’s got some teeth and can make an example out of the first guy who spends a summit staring at her chest and dropping his pen to try to peek up her skirt. She’s kept an “enemies list” and has taken guys out before(suspiciously), so maybe she can do it, but I haven’t seen anything so far. Enjoy, Steven ---
