Since our mods seem to take umbrage at new Palin threads, I’ll tack this little tidbit onto this one. Re: the Bridge to Nowhere: Seems that not only did Palin keep the 223 million dollars for this project, the road that was to feed the bridge was allowed to be built. The road, which cost our state $26 million, has just been completed. It goes from the Gravina Island airport in Ketchikan to the shore location where the bridge was going to be built. In other words, it’s a road to nowhere. It’s a total boondoggle, and I’d be curious to know if the contractor is one of her fundie buddies. Once again, she has lied by omission. ---
