I’m using Windows 7 Ultimate, and I like to set the mouse wheel vertical lines scrolling at
“3”. But, every time I restart my computer it reverts back to “1”.
Of course I click “apply” every time I make a change, but my changes are never
saved after a restart.
What am I doing wrong ?

Do you [have a Lenovo](http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/T400-T500-and-newer-T-series/Vertical-scrolling-got-reset-everytime-I-use-Ultra-Nav-to-scroll/td-p/343477), maybe? Try updating your mouse drivers.
