# Savory Sweet Potatoes (and other vegetable recipes)

So, recently, continuing to experiment with making a hash out of sweet potatoes, I tried throwing the concoction in an omelet. The result was tasty, but it was so much like eating pie that I wondered whether I should have thrown in some cinnamon or something.
