I like all of you. Except one. Okay, I feel as tho the Trek Dopers are my friends. All of them, even if they only only posted once. Of course, by my psots and replies, you know if you’re a fave of mine. I enjoy the religious debaters. Short of going door to door and asking everyone what they think, this is a great way to find out many things. Whether it be from a fundie view, liberal view, or non religious…it’s _all_ enlightening. I just want to say that I’m on the **Biggirl** train. When I very first joined up here I got entangled with a thread that was against the rules. I attempted to defend my actions and those of others in the Pit in a very passive-agressive manner. Biggirl said something to me to the effect of, “At least when I’m a bitch, I admit it.” Words to live by, for me anyway. Lesson learned. From that same incident, thanks to **Gorgon Heap** for being so cool about the whole thing. I was really hoping to come to NYC Dope this past January to say thanks in person to both of you, but I didn’t make it. So thanks. I really appreciate the presence of the younger generation on this board. I am 23 and I’ve never been very impressed by members of my own generation. You guys have convinced me that there are people my age that are intelligent and have good hearts. **andygirl** was the first. I admire her immensely. There are many others. It’s wonderfully comforting and inspiring! **Polycarp** is my hero and the sort of person that I would want either for an uncle or grandfather. I hope someday to be as good a person as he. Reading some of the religion threads in GD that he participated in encouraged me to sign up for a wonderful weekly seminar on Science & Religion at my university. Thanks, **Poly**! May God bless. ---

**Shagnasty** has some of the funniest stories I’ve ever heard. He’s a sweet man, a good husband and father, and a very good friend. **Bedrosian Bixby** writes some of the most gut-wrenching, heart-felt, lovely poetry I’ve ever read. It makes me feel nostalgic and old, but I love it anyway. He’s also got excellent taste in music. **Debaser** can fight to the death and still have a grin on his face. Many people who have encountered him in Great Debates may not realize the sweetness and charm the man exudes IRL - and I’m sure he’s fine with that. I may not agree with his politics, but we can disagree and still hang out and have a beer. ---

Wow, I actually got mentioned. _Twice_. Yeah, okay… so it was just by other Trek gee… er, Dopers but still. That’s awesome. **Vivalostwages** is probably my favorite poster at the moment. I always look forward to the late night Trek thread barrages when she starts posting. **NoClueBoy** ’s cool too despite having absolutely horrible taste in television. And being a total spaz. 😃 **Kn\*ckers** is the female **NoClueBoy**. I’m not sure if that’s something she’ll be glad to hear though. 🙂 **Tars Tarkas** was the first Doper I really liked. I really enjoy **Cervaise** ’s posts about _Enterprise_. **SPOOFE** and **Psi Cop** are fun to read in small doses. When they start talking physics and mathematics, my eyes glaze over though. I spend entirely too much time in Cafe Society… ---

**Canadian Sue** , for sharing with me her grief and sorrow over the duration her sister’s illness and passing - it helped me work through feelings I had while my Auntie Bonnie was going through the same thing. When I need a little pick-me-up, I’ll get a little surprise in the mail! **Montfort** , who did what I did, but with much more style. Uncle **Polycarp** has a wonderful gentle and loving spirit. **Hamadryad** doesn’t entirely suck. **Oxymoron** is pretty. **delphica** is a dolly and that silly **vix** always makes me smile. And of course, Frumtastic **Kyla** pants and Miss **Rasa** dasa. Thanks, guys. And thank you to everyone else, too. You fill my days and you teach me and laugh with me, cry and commisserate with me.
