That’s a good point. And at least in my circles, “lol” meant “little old lady” (a common feature at bridge tables.) ---

Something completely different that popped in my head: There will be a child born on the 16th of March who will, 16 months later, die and be confirmed clinically dead only to come back to life 45 minutes later. If you don’t know, that’s something that happened to me (and I was born in 1985). I had a seizure due to a high fever, was taken to the hospital, was put on ice (among other things) to get my temperature down, stopped breathing, was declared dead, but started breathing on my own 45 minutes later. I was expected to be a “human vegetable” (as a doctor told my mom), but neuroplasticity is amazing. It occurred to me that, with the right wording, I sound like some religious nutter. ---
