The #1 movie of the year is a ‘Too Gun’ sequel starring Tom Cruise. The #1 pop song is 'Running up that Hill" by Kate Bush, which was a big hit back in…1985. The two biggest tours this year will be the Rolling Stones and the Eagles. Paul McCartney d Bob Dylan are still touring. We have streaming TV now, where you can pick whatever you want and watch it any time. People spend a lot of their time on it watching old sitcoms from the 60’s on up. ‘Friends’ from the 1990’s is the most valuable TV property. Two of the biggest TV franchises are Star Wars and Star Trek. William Shatner is still working on TV and has had a thriving career the whole time. Someone from 1985 would be amazed by all that. ---

There is a vaccine that strongly reduces the fatality of the disease, but 30% of the population don’t want to take it, primarily for political reasons (and no the political reason isn’t related to the abortion issue).
