Hardly a new issue, in her book “A Tree Grows in Brooklyn” and again in “Tomorrow Will Be Better,” the author Betty Smith talks about the issue of the poor and children. To quote: “It’s like saying only rich people should be allowed to have kids.” ---

Give poor kids books. Poor=stupid right? Poor stupid kids will chew the covers off of books and have something relating to nutrition that will keep them alive without having the energy to procreate.:rolleyes: ---
