You’re an Aussie, so unless you’ve visited the States, southeastern US in particular, it would make no sense at all. I wanted it to read SC pee buying illegal/South of the Border closes Pee stop/Cecil Sez he’s gotta go. Explanation: South of the Border started back in the 1960’s as a fireworks stand in Dillon, South Carolina, just below the border with North Carolina. With the increase in car traffic once I-95 was started, the kitschy place grew to include souvenir shops, an amusement park, motels, restaurants, and finally qualified for it’s own zip code-SOB, SC 29547. They promoted the enterprise with hundreds of garishly painted billboards, all featuring the mexican pitchman Pedro in many non-PC ways. I was treated to this as a kid, traveling to see my Dad’s Mom in SC every summer. My apologies for mistaking Pedro for Cecil-don’t know if it is SDMB influence, or that of a car dealer who used a campaign for years: Cecil Sez shop at C&C Ford. I gotta confess the thread title made me scratch my head too, even though I knew that it had to be a takeoff on the South of the Border “Pedro Sez” billboards. It just wasn’t fitting in my head 😉 ---

Actually, if they’re selling it via mail order, couldn’t an argument be made about mailing biowaste or what have you? ---
