As stupid and ignorant scammers tend to be, that one would be too easy to check and they’re likely to know it’s not true. I prefer to keep things plausible yet difficult to check. This way, it keeps this going until Monday. If they insist on getting the fees before then, I have eight more fake methods of payment to use. Some of which might be “accidentally” put in the mail due to a misunderstanding of instructions. ---
