Some sort of job scam going right now.
To avoid needing a resume, I said I’ve worked for one company and claimed almost all my work was for the Dept of Defense and secret. The only public project was The Magrathea Project and my supervisor was Mr. Arthur Dent.

I photoshopped(GIMP, actually)a picture of a wallet with a gold Bitcoin symbol on it. I’m going to send that and tell him to take out what he needs and send the rest back.

I just got a job offer to act as a US representative for an engineering company in Sri Lanka.

Might be time to apply some stress to your benefactor. Say that you’re very disappointed in his inaction.

I’ve got three other ATM cards in various stages, a box of money and a inheritance coming. Plus the double job offer.
I just try to keep each going as far as possible without seeming uncooperative.

I filled out a form to apply for a job with Amazon on a fake scam website.
I told them, among other things, that I was a horrible person and that I wanted the job so I could steal lots of money from them and get the addresses of lady customers so I could go to their houses and ask them on dates.
Thirty seconds after submitting it, I got hired!
I didn’t take it any further by responding to the job offer. But about a week later I got an email from the fake website. The entirety of the e-mail was one word, text only…….pussy.
Still not sure what that was about.
Scammers tend to be like little children with insults. Not only are they pathetic at it but some actually giggle like they’re getting away with something.
It’s pretty cringey.
Well, they spelled “liaison” correctly.
Sure, but a quick google search tells you that’s not the name of the real Secretary for International Payments.
And then they blew it with " United States of America USA."
By the way, as usual, that woman is real.
I was getting TONS of spam calls on my cell phone in recent weeks.
I wound up Activating the Verizon Call Filter app (the free version, not the paid) and it seems to be working! My phone has rung once in the past 4 days, from a known number.
I can see blocked calls in the app - interestingly, the volume has dropped a lot as well. I have to assume that whatever was allowing that massive influx of calls from “real” numbers, has gotten locked down.
Ho-hum. Another UN ATM card scam. The amusing part is the card “contains some huge amount of money”.
