If anyone cares, a bunch of the world’s smartest scambaiters are having a week of fun together right now. They are actively trying to prevent gullible people from losing money, and in some cases, refunding lost funds. > [@"People's Call Center": anyone watching?](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/peoples-call-center-anyone-watching/968620): > > Some of the best scambaiting dudes in the world have set up a location where they are meeting for a few days this week to pursue their favorite activity – tormenting the crooks who steal money from innocent victims.
