A decade ago, I’d have assumed this was just a staged photo by someone trying to get their 15 minutes of fame. Now, that’s in second place, behind the possibility that it’s AI-generated, by someone trying to get their 15 minutes of fame. ---

Two things to bear in mind: This is being reported by Fox News, so keep that in mind when assessing veracity. It’s being reported as occurring “in Canada”, but it’s in BC, which indeed is technically Canada except that everyone there is stoned. 😉 I’ve been on a few business trips to Vancouver and I have not encountered so many la-la-land dwelling dreamy flower children since visiting San Francisco in the late 60s. ---

It’s probably just their parents telling them they won’t get dessert if they don’t eat their meat. How could they? A lot of surprising photos seem to come out of Canada! Fox News may not be the most credible source. But BC stoners will eat anything. And venison may not even be the worst choice if you have recently had a meal at Timmy Hoho’s, although the coffee ain’t bad. Apropos of nothing, I recently watched a few episodes of the first season of MASH. It reminded me I need to use the word “Finestkind” more often. But it doesn’t really apply to these pictures, nor Timmies. ---

The lady who recorded the images is supposedly named Corinea Stanhope. First off, no one is named Corinea. The bean counters at Burger King have ruined Tim Horton’s. I tried a breakfast sandwich the other day, and it had the grossest piece of low-quality, greenish bacon I have ever seen. It was inedible. In hindsight, it would have been better if they made one of their usual errors and forgot to put it in the bag. Waiting for the Timmy’s ‘Witch’s choice’ venison… ---
