Other than _Rosemary’s Baby_ what horror movies from before the 1970’s would still be considered scary today, or at least really disturbing? ---

Catherine Deneuve plays an unstable, evidently traumatized young woman slowly becoming unglued. It’s scary more in the creepy psychological sense, punctuated with a couple of “HOLY \*#$@!!!” moments. ---

How about _Wait Until Dark_ with Audrey Hepburn (1967)? When this movie came out, I really really wanted to see it. However, it was rated **“X”** (in England) because it was so scary. So, a ten year-old kid couldn’t get into see it. I’ve been a little busy since then and never gotten around to watching it. But some day… ---
