My younger sister used to be scared of the Worldvision logo on her Rose Petal Place VHS. Good times. ---

I only remember being scared about the end of a VHS. There was one I watched to the end, and it had a really loud screeching noise. Then there was just the kind where the audio went weird, and that always was creepy. I also find old-style animation incredibly creepy. So if I’ve seen logos that feature it, I probably found them creepy, too. I never used to get the clown thing, but I can see it now. And, like the animation, it all just has this uncanny valley feel that gets me when I’m in a mood where I can be creeped out. ---
