# SciFi story recommended by Pluribus fan?

I was listening to a podcast recently (sorry, don’t remember which one) and they said “Fans of Pluribus should enjoy the story ‘Newsletter’”. At least I THINK they said “Newsletter”. I remember repeating the name out loud to try to remember it, since I was hiking at the time.
I’ve searched Amazon and the web; I’ve also asked ChatGPT without any success. I might have misheard, or the host got the name wrong. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Can anyone explain what book / story might apply?
