# Scotch tape sculpture

So how were these done? I can’t see how tape alone (especially in thicknesses that would still be transparent) could be strong enough for the larger pieces, but I also don’t see any internal supports. And how would they stand up to a good wind?

They’re essentially solid plastic sculptures by the time they’re completed. It seems plausible they could support themselves.
