Well, given that we Scots have recently come to prominence here, perhaps it’s time to think about another meeting. We could avoid Waxy’s, which would give us a fair chance of actually finding each other. I was thinking late September in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Anyone up for it? ---

Yup, count me and \*\*RealOmegaMan \*\*in 🙂 Obviously I’d prefer Glasgow, but if ganged up on, could be persuaded to try Edinburgh. I agree with using a pub with signal this time! I know some people object to Wetherspoons on principle, but the upstairs of the Crystal Palace on Jamaica Street is quite civilised (and well placed for people watching, if you get a window table). I think \*\*ScaeryFaery \*\*and \*\*Gary Kumquat \*\*were also interested. Would be good to see \*\*Scougs \*\*again too, and I assume \*\*Dunkelheit \*\*will be accompanying you Paul? 🙂 ---

Yes, I’m in of course. 😉 We’ll probably be moved to West Lothian by then, so either Glasgow or Edinburgh will work for us. ---

I didn’t even have to post to confirm my attendance 😉 The Wetherspoons at Queen street station is good, as is Bonapartes at Central station, basically as long as they do a decent pint of Guiness im happy. September is good ---

I’m afraid you’ll have to count me out. I’m expecting to go to the Goodwood Revival (13th-15th Sept) and then a trip to France. ---

End of Sept might work for me, we’re just back from Canada by then and he’s been grumbling about not having seen his family for a while so we could possibly combine the two. I’ve been to the Crystal Palace, they never ran out of beer when we were there but presumably because they were forewarned! ---
