Sometime-Doper **audient** found a new word game: [Deepleap](http://deepleap.org/). The idea is that you take the letters that pop up and make words out of them before they disappear. You make points based on the length (and, apparently, “quality,” in the Scrabble sense – “ode” and “alee” got 14 points each, “away” got 63 and “sizes” got 75) of the words, and lose points if a letter disappears before you use it or if you try to play a bogus word. I got 694 on my second game. Enjoy! ---

This is pretty cool, but I’m a bit perplexed about how the scoring works. What determines the multiplier for each word, and what are the letter values? Here’s my score sheet from playing one game: ```auto Points: 472 - Multiplier: 2.5x - Game #397 * -1: e. Hm, I go for longer words – which gives the word length bonus. But no, I have no idea how the scoring works. And **Mad** – not sure what the problem is. Try hitting “refresh” on your browser, or control/F5, both of which bring up a new game for me. ---
