# scrambled eggs - with ketchup or not?

Speaking of scrambled eggs I just had them for breakfast. Anyways I don’t like them with ketchup but with melted cheddar cheese all over them yum!!!

I also like scrambled eggs with cheese, onions, and green peppers. Throw in some bacon, toast, and home fries or potato casserole…mmmm…

Course, I don’t treat myself to stuff like that very often…

A coupla people here almost have it right. Try this: saute some chopped onions first. Pour in the eggs and scramble them with the onions, and add some diced Ortega chile. Serve topped with grated monterey jack cheese, a bottle of Tabasco on the side, and warm flour tortillas. You can almost imagine that you’re eating a chile relleno.

I like salsa and cheese, but ketchup…ewwwwww!
