Harry Chapin has a song “30,000 pounds of bananas” in which a trucker carrying 30,000 pounds of bananas crashes in Scranton, Pennsylvania, spilling a lot of bananas. Apparently, it was based on a real incident. Though I see how it could be good out of context comeback to anything, too ---

There _are_ MLK oriented activities in many communities on MLK Day. Perhaps some children play games all day, but many do participate. The TV and radio stations that I tune in to broadcast the schedules of events.
