# Scratching your crotch

Take 'em out? You put 'em away? Mine have a constant breeze and therefore no need to ever scratch.

The mosquitoes can be a problem though.

Right, and sunburn too. Best to keep the boys under wraps when outdoors.

No, I just keep rubbing them with sunscreen. Rubbing and rubbing. You can’t be too careful. And it’s still more dignified than scratching.

Crotch-scratching (and subsequent hand-sniffing) has made international news this past month with the German soccer coach [caught indulging himself on camera](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kf_zYTBGd5I) during the international Euro 2016 tournament. He publicly apologised for this, but, even while doing so, it [looked as though he was scratching his crotch](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AxrJ_xgg930). He has a bit of a track record of on-camera scratch-n-sniff and nose-picking/boogey-eating incidents, which can be enjoyed in [this montage](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QT83XwFpJvU).
