To be clear, I’m still suspicious of **Boozahol** , and I don’t think that the claimed item-transfer from **Gryff** offers any evidence at all where **Boozahol** is concerned-- At most, it says that **Gryff** thought **Boozahol** was probably Town, but I don’t give his opinion any more weight than anyone else’s. What it is evidence of, though, I think, is that **Gryff** is what he says he is. It’s still possible that **Gryff** and **Boozahol** are both Scum, of course, and orchestrated a weird pantomime for us to watch, but in that case it’d be very weird for **Gryff** to put that ugly tiara on himself. ---

Heck, I’m amazed that anyone can actually play this game _without_ keeping notes like that. I’m continually going “Wait, who was that who said that back on page 3?”, and “That sounds different from what I remember… Was that the same person who said that?”, and the like. ---

That is, could someone “harvest” berynium from a destroyed Screamer?** > > I’m wondering if a third-party could somehow be stealing berynium from both Town and Scum. ok, maybe now we get somewhere. as far as i can tell at this point **boozy** is the only person who has suggested a thief in the game. now i don’t know if **boozy** is town or scum. but why the question about harvesting berynium from a destroyed screamer? so **tom** ’s first post is kind of odd just because of the timing. seriously it takes me longer than three minutes just to type a response. but to come up with some explanations about why it might have happened seems, kind of like, pre planned. and then the second one just fucking confuses the shit out of me. he intimates that both town and scum have berynium to steal but we only know of one person that has had some stolen. how in the world could he even have any idea of whether both town and scum have berynium with only one fracking person fessing to having had some stolen even if he knew their alignment. this really really makes me think he is a third party stealer. in addition the bastard posts the question about harvesting berynium from dead screamers. if this is an honest question and he is third party then he would have never posted this in the main thread. this would be a pm to the mod. but then i put the spin that i have never ever never ever been in a game where any type of harvesting (i.e. action) has happened on dead folks. so it could just be in your face blatant misdirection. and now that **boozy** has said “cash money” it really really makes **tom** ’s first post about a pfk bomber squinky as all hell. ok, any help out there folks? ---

Regarding the shiny stuff conversation, my shopkeeper colour indicates that it is used as currency, in that I was unsuccessful in making my fortune hence having items left. ---

If I was going to vacate the planet, had left over stock and thought someone could use some of it, I would give it away. Or trade it for something intangible, like favours. Or sexual favours. **@peeker** , I interpreted **Tom** ’s remarks as wild speculation. It occured to me too that if there is a shiny thief, whether 3rd party or not, then both Townies and Scumbos could be holding the berynium. As for the timing, they were both logged on together. Reading a post and replying to it in 2 minutes is possible, if the post is short, which it was. Pushing the speed envelope, but possible. But I agree with one part, the tone is a little odd - whereas I am guessing there might be Scum holders of berynium, his wording suggests he is flat out assuming it. The cash money thing confused me too, but **Gryff** seems tot hink it makes sense with his colour. ---
