OK, caught up on my notes again, which reminds me of something I forgot to address, what with the excitement over **Alka**. On the topic of testing **Daphne** by having her block **Drain Bead** : Yes, if she’s a Scum roleblocker, it’ll potentially tie up her use of her power. But if she’s a Scum roleblocker, then I don’t just want her power tied up; I want her dead. Even a powerless Scum is still a Scum. ---

**peeker** , you should know better than that. Even if **jpei** couldn’t use his power again, that didn’t make him vanilla. What it made him was a confirmed (or at least, mostly confirmed) Townie, which is very nearly the most powerful thing Town can have. Now, **TexCat** , _that_ would be a poor choice for Doctor protection, since we didn’t know about her power role until she died. ---

and while i understand the ltl votes, because that would be my default position. that’s some serious weak sauce on the **fs[** voters. i mean seriously after today you can’t buck up better than that? i would definitely conclude that there is some anti town action going down there. ---

After all, you (assuming you’re Town) didn’t know anyone else’s alignment, so a random protect would have a chance of hitting Scum, and therefore do no good at all (or possibly even harm, if you protected them from a Vig or the like). ---

So if I had to pick between lynching Daphne and Drain, I’d say that the case against Daphne is stronger, but mislynching a VT is less dangerous than mislynching a weird combo-power role like Daphne. That being said, I’m going to go along with Tom Scud’s line of reasoning, which seems to be the most rational to me right now, and **vote: Thing Fish** I still want **peeker** to hang, but I understand I’m not getting any traction there. We’ll see how things shake out by tomorrow. ---

Since I unvoted after the **Boozy/Alka** number I should be excluded from this conclusion (phew!) however I do not think it is anti-town to vote for someone who has added nothing to the game in over a week. If **FS** is scum or third party, we have a good lynch. If she is town and we mislynch, we are no worse off than we are currently. If we were to take all claims as plausible for the moment, we shouldn’t be voting for any of these 7: Alka - Town power Boozy - Town power Daphne - Town power Drain - Town Vanilla Gryff - Town power OaOW - Town power Peeker - Town power So we would be left with 13 players in which to find a scum leader, a possible scum roleblocker, 3 more scum (goons or not, based on 25% rule) , a possible third party and 7 more townies (vanilla or not).
