Does anyone have recommendations of good magnifying glass app for a Windows PC ?

I do a lot of screen share work and getting a bit tired of squinting at the fine print by the time I see things on my PC. I am checking things out in Google but am leery of downloading something without some recommendations.

In my Windows 7, just hold down the Windows logo key and press + , a magnifier will automatically open, which will follow your pointer around the page and can be zoomed in or out using the WKey with + or -.

You can also enlarge or shrink many applications by holding down the Ctl key and rotating the knurl knob on the mouse.
