I guess she means if there was no government regulation and businesses could decide not to sell to minors on their own, which would not happen, which is I think her point. I think. ---

So the “sheeple” rose up against generations of tradition and billions of dollars of persuasive propaganda and forced the businesses to stop selling dangerous and addictive substances to minors. Baaaa, indeed. And **Carol** , please provide us with an example of a government that you would consider to not be a “nanny state”. Just so we can see what sort of ideal you aspire to. ---
