This lady is taking one heck of a risk. Twenty years old and she’s openly claiming sexual intercourse with this 16 year old pop star (he recently turned 17), Justin Bieber. These days they’ll throw her butt in prison so quick her head will spin. She’ll lose custody of the baby and everything. I’m not sure what her game is. I guess the big buck payoff messed up her thinking. FWIW I seriously doubt this was Bieber’s first romp in the sheets. Given his appearance and pop star status I’d bet he’s been screwing groupies for several years. I’d hope by now somebody taught him how to properly use a condom. Doesn’t matter how many groupies came before. The one with a baby is 20 and if a paternity test comes back positive she’s in deep legal trouble. Nice looking lady. The age of consent for Canada (and Justin Bieber is still Canadian, as far as I know, and I assume that would be the pertinent law) is 16. I don’t see any reason for her baby to be taken away from her. ---

She was actually 19 when the alleged tryst to place. He was 16. Many of the girls in my Senior year of high school were dating boys 19 or 20. It was difficult for a senior high school boy to date another senior. We had to take a junior or sophomore to the prom. I don’t think things have changed in the decades since I was in high school. Sixteen year old girls find sixteen year old boys way to immature and silly. They want a boyfriend at least 18. 19 and 16 is pretty reasonable. But, these crazy days I fear that the courts will bury this girl in prison. It’s a shame because real world this isn’t that unusual an age spread. Although usually it’s the guy that’s older. ---

Oh thank you thank you thank you for starting a tread about this. I was afraid to because I’m trying really hard to not make every post about Justin Bieber. At first I was like “Hmmm…plausible.” Then I saw pictures of her. [Celebuzz | Celebuzz](http://tinyurl.com/64z2apu) BWAHAHAHA! Sh’yeah, RIGHT! If he’d bang that I feel like I might actually be able to get my foot in the door. Come on. I’m not saying he’s an Einstein or anything, but he’s not a moron. He was born to very young (teenage) parents and you know damn well it has been browbeat into him by both his parents and surely everyone around him that not using protection could be disastrous for him. He’s like Mr. Jesus-freak, anti-abortion poster boy so I can’t imagine him refusing to wear a condom. On top of that I can’t imagine him being such a cad that he’d promise someone backstage passes to future concerts and his phone number in exchange for sex. Why would he have to??? That having been said: different strokes for different folks. That might be what he’s actually into. The Bieber “camp” is vehemently denying this but Justin himself is being kinda cagey about the whole thing. Juicy! Can’t wait for more info. ---

The pic with the baby looks very sweet. By all other accounts she seems like, um uh, a very “class act” (not!!!) In that photoset they didn’t post another of her flipping the bird (with an unusually ET-esque long middle finger) in which she’s clearly wearing a wedding ring. :dubious: ---

Couldn’t this be over in like 5 minutes with a paternity test? If the “Bieber camp” is so hot to deny any remote possibility of this, why don’t they insist on one right now? Fighting this in the press seems pointless, unless you’re hoping for lots of free publicity. Oh. Roddy ---

His current girlfriend was 18 and he was 16 when they began dating (only a few months after the alleged impregnation)… she’s 19 now and he’s 17 and they sure seem to be fucking. I don’t think there’s much chance of this other girl serving time for statutory rape, assuming the baby is actually his. With statutory rape laws doesn’t it depend very much on what state the incident occurred in? ---

The chances she would go to jail given the small age gap (& the child) are very very low, and the chances she could live a very easy and comfortable life off the child support payments until the kid turns 18 are very high. Makes sense to go for it, for most people. ---
