# Screwed up thread

I started a thread in response to Cecil’s column about vitamins- [What happened to vitamins F, G, H, I, and J? - Cecil's Columns/Staff Reports - Straight Dope Message Board](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=747279), only now my starting post has vanished and it’s merged into a thread about transgender Catholic priests.

Maybe transgender Catholic priests have specific vitamin deficiency issues? :dubious:

[The thread you started is still there.](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=747131) The confusion arises because **Elendil’s Heir** also used the title of the column as the title of his thread. However, note that the titles are slightly different: **Elendil’s Heir** capitalized the vitamins, while you used lower case.

I’ll see if I can sort things out.

ETA: After looking at both threads, I think the best course is to merge them, which I have done. Oddly, while your post is the first, for some reason the thread now has the title of the other one.
