And does the trick from the first panel actually work? I think I need to get this game for my niece, then steal her DS. There isn’t any chance it might come out for another platform, is there? ---

I should point out that ‘dew’ gives you a directed energy weapon. Oddly, it does not know what a hachimaki is. ---

I bought this Tuesday. I agree the controls are a bit of a problem, but it is so fun that it makes up for it. Also, I can summon teleport booths, but I can’t actually do anything with them. And it would not let me melt a block of ice with a flamethrower. My personal method for dealing with sharks: Wear an invisibility cloak and attack them with a hammer. ---

Oh, by the way, when you interact with a teleporter… It takes you to what appears to be 5th Cell’s offices. There’s a zombie on the loose. At least that’s what happened when I used it on the tornado level. It might change on different levels. ---

It wasn’t that it wasn’t melting. I could not get it to interact at all. ---

Okay, I just retried it and “teleporter” works. I am not sure exactly what I tried before but it was something like “teleport booth” or “teleportation room”. ---

I did that on the title screen and did go there the first time, and the second time: I went to an alien planet with two types of aliens and a broken spaceship. ---

So glad there’s a thread on this! The sheer creativity involved in (and required to play) this game makes it a delight to talk about and share solutions. On the knock-down-the-bottles level, I found… accidentally hitting the carnie lady sent her into a rage which took out the lower bottles as she tried to get to me.And my favorite, tho wordy, way to knock out sharks is to glue a bottle of poison to a fish and drop that in the water 😃And I haven’t found a use for it yet, but my latest invention came about when I drew in a ‘propeller,’ which dropped to the ground and did nothing. Then I typed ‘engine,’ but the propeller wasn’t naturally attachable. Lastly, I connected the two with a ‘belt’ and suddenly the propeller was spinning at a pretty high RPM. The puzzles and controls can be a touch frustrating, but I still love this game. ---
